Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 4, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Rowly application for iPhone and Apple Watch.

Using Rowly

You may use Rowly for personal or commercial craft projects in accordance with applicable law. You are responsible for the project information you enter and for maintaining access to your devices and Apple Account.

License

Rowly grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple’s applicable usage rules. No ownership rights in Rowly are transferred to you.

Rowly Pro

Rowly may offer a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks Pro features. Pricing and currency are displayed by the App Store. Purchases, refunds and payment processing are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms. You can use Restore Purchases when signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase.

Your data and backups

Rowly provides local storage, paired-device synchronization and best-effort private iCloud backup. Synchronization and restoration depend on Apple services, connectivity, device configuration and the same Apple Account. You should not rely on Rowly as the sole record of information that cannot be recreated.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer Rowly except where applicable law permits it, interfere with the app or related services, misuse third-party services, or use Rowly in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.

Availability and changes

We may fix, update, change or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, continuous synchronization, or compatibility with every future operating-system or device version.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rowly is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rowly’s developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the app, including loss of project information. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

Apple

Apple is not responsible for maintaining or supporting Rowly. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce the applicable license terms.
