Rowly Support
Need a hand with your counter, Apple Watch, Siri, iCloud backup or Rowly Pro?
Apple Watch is not updating
- Confirm the Watch is paired with the same iPhone.
- Open Rowly once on both devices.
- Keep Bluetooth and Wi-Fi enabled, then return both apps to the foreground.
- Confirm the same active project is selected.
iCloud backup is pending
- Confirm you are signed in to iCloud and iCloud Drive is enabled.
- Connect to the internet and reopen Rowly on iPhone.
- Allow time for the private CloudKit backup to complete before deleting the app.
Reinstallation can restore data only when a successful backup exists and the same Apple Account is in use.
Siri does not recognize Rowly
- Open Rowly after installing the latest build.
- Try “Siri, add a row in Rowly.”
- Check that Siri is enabled for Rowly in iPhone Settings.
Restore Rowly Pro
Open Rowly settings and choose Restore Purchases. Use the Apple Account that made the original purchase. If the App Store confirms the purchase but Pro remains unavailable, contact support.
Deleting your information
Delete individual projects inside Rowly. Removing the app deletes its local data, but an existing private iCloud backup may remain in your Apple Account. See the Privacy Policy for details.
